蒸巧克力蛋糕~ Steam Chocolate Cake






第一次做的蒸蛋糕,还有待改进。
自己就是“超款”,蛋糕蒸出来后就迫不及待的要脱模,搞到下层有点破裂,唯有将可可酱涂上连接起来。。。呵呵呵。。。。
蛋糕体吃起来有点像 Chocolate Mud Cake.... 但就是不是很喜欢有点Soda的味道。下次试试看是否能不加苏打粉。

食谱来自FB 的 Kathrine Kwa

Ingredients :

(A)
Sugar                                         250g ( I just weight for 230g )
Salt                                            1/2 tsp
Instant Coffee                            1tsp ( I add 1 1/2 tsp )
Milk ( Heat up )                         240g
Egg                                            3 no.
Corn Oil                                    160g ( I used melted butter instead Corn oil )
Vinegar                                     1 tsp

(B)
Flour                                         270g
Cocoa Powder                         50g
Baking Powder                         2 tsp
Soda                                        1 tsp

(C)
Whipping Cream                      150g ( I used Pure Cream )
Black Choc                              300g
Melted Butter                           40g
 ** Heat up whipping cream then add in Black Choc to melt untill even. Lastly add in melted butter.
Method :

1. Heat up milk, then add in instant coffee and put aside for later.

2. Beat the Melted butter, sugar,salt.eggs for approx. 5 minutes or till the colour turns light, then add in the vinegar.
3. Ingredients (B) must be sifted before use.
4. Add mixture (B)  into (2) . Mix flour mixture well, then add Coffee Milk.
5. Pour the mixture into a 9" cake mould then steam for 45min to 1 hour.( Cover the mould with baking paper )
